Do I get both the Browser and the Toolbar?
Yes. ZonedIn is one product: a single installer puts both the Browser and the Toolbar on your computer, and the one licence covers them both. There is no separate product to buy.
What counts as a "device"?
Any Windows computer you install ZonedIn on - a laptop or a desktop. One licence covers two devices, so you can run ZonedIn at home and at work, or on a desktop and a laptop, with the same licence.
Can I move ZonedIn to a new computer later?
Yes. If you replace one of your computers during the three-year term, just deauthorise the old one and activate the new one. The helpdesk can help if you've lost access to the old machine.
What happens after three years?
We'll get in touch before your term ends so you can renew at the prevailing rate. Your settings, profiles and bookmarks stay with you either way.
Do I have to pay anything to try it?
No. The 7-day trial is free. You'll be asked to choose whether to subscribe when the trial ends - there's no automatic charge and no payment details required up front.
Are updates included?
Yes. Every update, every new feature and every accessibility improvement we ship during your three-year term is included in the licence price.
Will ZonedIn work alongside my existing browser?
Yes. ZonedIn sits next to Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox - it doesn't replace anything. Use it for the sites you want to be zoned in to, and keep your other browser for the rest.
