ZonedIn Browser brings together text scaling, colour and contrast controls, reading aids, ad and tracker blocking, page-read-aloud, voice control and dictation in one product, applied to every website a client visits - including the intranets and portals that block third-party extensions.

A single ZonedIn licence addresses needs typically associated with:

• Visual impairment and low vision - text scaling on every page, font choice, custom text and background colour, page zoom, high-contrast mode, large customisable cursors.
• Dyslexia and visual stress (Meares-Irlen syndrome) - full-page colour tints, reading ruler, pin-hole letterbox, dyslexia-friendly fonts, adjustable letter and line spacing, speed-reading emphasis.

• Attention differences, autism and information-processing fatigue - built-in ad and tracker blocking, page simplification, image removal, plain-text mode, named profiles for quick context-switching. Reduces incoming visual noise on every site without per-site configuration.
• Motor and dexterity difficulties, RSI, tremor - voice control of the browser, dictation into the address bar and form fields, larger customisable cursors.

Why a browser, not an extension

ZonedIn is a complete browser, not a browser extension. Adjustments apply to every site a client opens - including intranets, virtual learning environments, customer portals and public-sector services that block third-party browser extensions. Accessibility no longer depends on whether the site happens to allow add-ons.

All client settings, profiles and history stay on the client's own computer. Nothing is uploaded to a third party. ZonedIn runs alongside any existing browser the client already uses - it does not replace Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.

Beyond the web: ZonedIn Toolbar, included in the licence

Many clients need the same kind of support outside the browser - in Microsoft Word, email clients, PDFs, virtual learning environments and workplace systems. Every ZonedIn licence therefore also includes ZonedIn Toolbar, a system-wide assistive technology toolbar for Windows that carries read-aloud, dictation, writing support, study skills and visual access across every application outside the web browser. It installs with the Browser - there is no separate product or licence.

The Toolbar adds capabilities a browser cannot reach, including:

• Reading inaccessible material - an accessible PDF reader with read-aloud, and a screenshot reader (OCR) that speaks text from images and locked-down applications.
• Writing support anywhere - word prediction, a spelling and grammar checker tuned to dyslexic error patterns, and confusable-word checks in any text field.
• Study skills - talking and picture dictionaries, a personal vocabulary builder, highlight collection, and an audio maker that turns any text into MP3 for listening away from the screen.
• Whole-screen visual access - full-display colour tint and mask, cursor magnifier, labelled control outlines, hover-speak, and system-wide light/dark switching.
• System-wide dictation and translation - dictate into any application, and translate selected text on demand.

Licensing and pricing

ZonedIn is licensed at £360 plus VAT for a 3-year subscription covering 2 devices, after a free 7-day trial - one licence that includes both the Browser and the Toolbar. That works out at approximately £10 per month, or £5 per device per month, across the licence term, with all updates included.
